Helena Grünsteidl was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. Since she was a young girl, Helena has been fascinated with fashion photography, the work-intensive planning and organizing of editorial shootings. At an early age she started to arrange fashion shootings with her younger sister Pamina. Later on Helena attended and graduated the Federal Training and Research Institute for Graphic, Art and Media in Vienna – a high school specialized in photography.

Furthermore, her greatest wish is to combine her two passions – travelling and photography. Influenced by various countries, their lifestyle, cultures and colors, Helena enjoys creating pictures in which fashion and the colors of the environment are combined into an original and novel image. To shoot in places like New York, Bangkok and Iceland were some of the most outstanding experiences she ever had. Currently studying History of Art at the University of Vienna, Helena is also starting to get inspired by old masters in painting, art trends and contemporary art.
